Human Resources Officer/ Assistant Officer

Job Duties

  • Mainly responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for manpower recruitment & handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
  • Also responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for payroll, MPF & taxation calculation.
  • Consolidate & prepare HR reports regularly & on management’s ad hoc review. 
  • Assist to maintain personnel records, performance review & staff relation, etc.
  • Assist to HR administration work & ad-hoc activities for the department.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources & Business Administration
  • 2 year or above relevant experience & preferably in retail industry 
  • Familiar with HK employment ordinance.
  • Experience in payroll software exposure is an advantage 
  • Must be good in excel application
  • Good communication skills and inter-personal skills
