Human Resources Officer / Assistant (Ref. No. : 21403)

Our client, a public listed Company, is looking for high-caliber person to fill the position

Responsibilities:-

  • Provide administration support in HR services including recruitment & staffing.
  • Assist in organizing people development programs and compiling training reports.
  • Support the culture development / employee relations programs such as staff energizing activities and communication sessions for the Business Group.
  • Provide support to various HR projects and cross-department projects / initiatives.
  • Administer various HR systems and programs.
  • Compile, analyze and prepare management reports.
  • Maintain a proper Central Filing System

Requirements:-

  • A minimum of F.7 standard.  University graduate in HR Management/Business Studies is preferred.
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Good knowledge of IT applications and familiar with SAP application is an advantage.
  • Customer service oriented, self-initiative and can work under pressure with minimal supervision.
  • Good team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good organizing and event management skills.
