To cope with our continuous growth, we are looking for high caliber professionals to join our Human Resources and Administration Department in our Hong Kong Corporate Office.


  • Responsible for all-rounded HR services, with focus but not limited to payroll, MPF administration, taxation, recruitment and selection, leave & performance management, insurance renewal & fringe benefit administration, maintain/update employee records, profiles & database, Japan Expatriates' C&B administration, etc.
  • To handle the whole recruitment process for non-managerial positions from develop Job Description, select job posting channel, screen/shortlist candidates, coordinate/conduct interviews to offer and contract preparation, on boarding and induction process for new hires
  • Handle staffing process including new staff on-board and exit process, etc.
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of staff databases, filing system, leave and attendance records
  • Implement, update and monitor HR policies, SOPs and forms that in compliance with local legislation and company practice
  • Plan, organize and coordinate different kinds of staff activities
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing data for management reporting
  • Participate in various HR initiatives, development programs and ad hoc projects/assignments such as revamp employee handbook, HRIS enhancement, insurance renewal exercise, HR audit, etc.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred


  • Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, BA or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant and solid experience as a HR generalist in sizeable MNCs or fast-paced industry
  • Sound knowledge in HR practices, Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related governance statutory ordinances (e.g. MPF, IRD, etc.) is a MUST
  • Work well with data & figures, quality-driver with high level of accuracy and integrity are ESSENTIAL
  • Strong coordination and people skills, independent problem-solver, resourceful, multi-tasking, good team player
  • Must have strong proficiency in MS office applications e.g. Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
