Human Resources Officer / Assistant

Responsibilities

Assist in full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, payroll administration, training, performance management, employee relations etc

Maintain HR data and personnel files tidily and accurately

Perform ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or related discipline

Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in hospitality industry

Attentive to details, well-organized, able to meet tight schedule with quality output

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
