The incumbent will provide HR services and support to designated departments on recruitment and selection, employee relations, staff retention, performance management, as well as policy and procedure administration. He/she will be involved in project initiatives to support business improvement plans and other ad hoc assignments.


  • Responsible for the end to end process of assigned recruitment activities/events for staff including retail frontline positions
  • Work as business partner to provide excellent HR service delivery and solutions/ advice to business units
  • Prepare regular progress reports and HR correspondences
  • Provide support on other HR initiatives and ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisors
  • Involve in employee relations activities, such as staff caring program


  • Degree holder, preferable in Human Resources Management or other business related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of solid mass recruitment experience from retail industry
  • Independent, self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to details and sensitive in managing deadlines
  • Positive and proactive attitude, and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Experienced user of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
