Business Partner Stream

  • Acts as a HR business partner to provide full spectrum of HR services including recruitment, staffing, performance management and C&B
  • Designs and implements different recruiting and staffing program in recruit and retain employees
  • Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan
  • Administers payroll and benefits programs
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues
  • Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Prepares HR report for management review

Talent Sourcing Management & Acquisition Stream


  • Assists to plan and manage the labour sourcing with respective business units and sub-contractors including but not limited to establishing requirements, managing tenders, conducting regular audits and related works
  • Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment process including publishing job advertisement, application screening, interview logistics and job offering
  • Liaises with external parties on planning and conducting recruitment activities
  • Explores effective recruitment channels and executes talent acquisition/employer branding strategies to facilitate hiring talents through creative sourcing plans, social media and networking opportunities
  • Prepares regular reports on recruitment activities/effectiveness and other related analysis for management review
  • Performs any other ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years solid HR experience in a sizable multi-national company,
  • Experience in mass recruitment and/or managing labour contracts will have an advantage
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other relevant regulations
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills
  • Proactive, independent, well-organized and detail minded
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
