Human Resources Officer (C&B and Analysis focused)



  • Manage employee benefits programmes for Hong Kong and East Asia offices and work with local HRs on benefit reviews, including pension scheme
  • Assist in salary surveys and market benchmarking, and HR projects implementation and roll-out
  • Research and analyse data to compile HR reports and statistics including variance and trend analysis to aid decision making
  • Responsible for data audit on Oracle HRMS and ensuring the standard of data accuracy and integrity is maintained
  • Provide support and advice to local HRs for Oracle HRMS related issues. Follow up and re-route issues in a timely manner to ensure the issue is properly handled
  • Design procedure, guidance and documentation for Oracle HRMS where required

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources function
  • Detail-minded with good numeric sense and strong data analytical skills
  • Good communication skills and able to work independently
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
