Human Resources Officer - C&B (FMCG; HK$20K-23K) 5day work
Our client is a large FMCG Group, and they are looking for a HR Office to join their growing team.
Responsible for full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll processing, benefits administration, taxation, leave management and MPF
Involve in annual C&B exercises; medical plan and insurance renewals, benchmark benefit and salary surveys to keep abreast of market practices
Participate in compensation and benefit market surveys, analyze results and market appropriate recommendations to ensure market competitiveness
Assist in reviewing and drafting Company’s HR policies and procedures
Responsible for various analysis/management reports and communicate with the head office
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
3 years’relevant working experience, preferably from retail/F&B/FMCG
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, presentable and strong in logical thinking
Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance
Fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English
Immediately available is preferable
