Human Resources Officer (C&B, Recruitment Focus)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for whole recruitment process for all levels of vacancies from candidates sourcing to on-boarding logistic
  • Provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, etc
  • Manage employee contract and other hiring related documentation tasks
  • Maintain an accurate and updated recruitment database and submit the related report and analysis on request

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
  • A minimum 2-3 years’ solid relevant HR experience
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
  • Good interpersonal skills, good team player and good time management in a
  • working environment
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Chinese Word process is an advantage
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred 

Salary: HK$15K – HK$16K

Employees who over time working over 3 hours will be offered with the meal allowance.
