  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits including payroll calculation
  • Provide data entry to the system; response to verify and monitor the data, transition and report
  • Responsible for payroll processing and calculation
  • Participate in maintain HR system & maintain system functions in appropriate
  • Assist in ad hoc project when required



  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Must over 3 years’ solid experience in recruitment & C&B functions including payroll, final payment and financial reports etc. (preferably gained in sizable organization)
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related ordinance
  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized, capable to work under pressure and able to meet deadlines with good time management
  • Strong numeric sense with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Proficient computer literacy, including HR system (preferably IPL system), MS Powerpoint,MS Excel with Vlookup and pivot table is must
  • Good interpersonal skills & a team player with positive & progressive work attitude
  • Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
  • Can perform well under tight deadline & able to work independently
  • Immediately available is preferred
