The Job

  • Assist with the employment process by scheduling interviews, assembling and mailing packets, and ensuring background, physical, and medical screenings are performed
  • Assist in prepare commencement documents and progress
  • Assist in the interview process as needed. Provide input to supervisor. Maintain affirmative action job file for all open positions
  • Provide new employee orientation and processing ensuring proper documents are provided and paperwork is completed
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of employee electronic and paper files ensuring they contain all pertinent information. Assist with adhering to HR's record retention program. Prepare reports, forms, logs, and enter appropriate information in HR systems
  • Maintain performance appraisal schedule and notify supervisors of upcoming appraisals. Track and monitor their completion

The Requirement

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources or related area
  • Minimum of 3 years HR Generalist background preferably gained from Hotel & Catering industry / Food & Beverage sector
  • Detail-oriented with ability to handle logistics and/or related matters
  • Outstanding planning and organizing skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Able to work under pressure with positive thinking
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Immediate available preferable
