Human Resources Officer (For Resident Site Staff)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and responsible for full spectrum of daily human resources operations for resident site staff including but not limited to whole recruitment cycle, on-boarding / off-boarding arrangement, staff movement and performance assessment etc
  • Collaborate with various RSS project teams and resident site offices for manpower plans and daily routine matters
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications & Experience required:

  • Degree in Human Resources / Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 6 years’ solid relevant HR experience in in sizeable company
  • Experience in RSS related issues, and with experience in engineering consultancy will be an advantage
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Proactive, well-organized and detail-minded
  • Good interpersonal skills, good team player and good time management in a fast paced working environment
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese


Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Human Resources Officer.
