Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the entire recruitment process of assigned portfolio including sourcing, screening, interviewing and preparing remuneration proposal
  • Communicate with departments and line managers on their recruitment needs and requirements
  • Liaise with external recruiters on staffing strategies
  • Assist in organizing staff training sessions, workshops and activities
  • Liaise with external training vendors for facilitating staff development program
  • Responsible for regular management reports 
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
  • 4 years' solid experience in recruitment / training
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation
  • Able to work under pressure and fast pace environment
  • Attention to details, proactive with can-do attitude
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and word processing
