Our client is an European Luxury Consumer Goods company, a market leader with over 10 principle brands. They are now offering an opportunity to an ambitious HR practitioner who is looking to develop within the fields of Recruitment, L&D and HRBP.
Key job duties
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will assist in the full spectrum of recruitment, including CV screening, interview scheduling, carrying out on-boarding activities, managing external vendors, etc. You will be involved in the Learning & Development by preparing reports on training progress, coordinating training schedules, etc. You will participate in ad-hoc HR projects.
You should have a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration HR Management or equivalent. You should have a minimum of 2 years HR experience. You should be self-driven, hands-on, independent, detailed, outgoing, well organised, mature & possess great interpersonal skills. You should be fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin.
