Human Resources Officer (Immediately Available)

Our client is a French apparel & footwear buying office. To cope with their expansion in HK, they are looking for high caliber to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of HR functions including on/off boarding, MPF, recruitment, L&D and benefits administration
  • Manage new or renewal of visa applications
  • Responsible for office administrative and operations support
  • Supervise office admin team in HK and China
  • Support on any ad hoc HR or Office Services projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in HR related discipline
  • 3-5 years experience in HR/office admin role, familiar with labor and immigration law
  • Detail minded and able to take initiatives
  • Good communication skill and team work
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS office
