Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for payroll calculation and execution (salaries, leave and other compensation calculations)
  • Ensure proper and accurate payroll calculations, tax and pension filing
  • Input data into system and maintenance of staff information
  • Assist in handling ad-hoc projects as required by the business
  • Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance & regulations
  • Knowledge in using HR FlexSystem is an advantage 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in handling payroll
  • Well versed in HK Employment Ordinance, C&B and MPF regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Chinese Word Processing and strong in calculating average daily wage by government requirement
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and well organized
  • Good team player, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented
  • Independent, able to work under pressure, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills with internal and external parties
