Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administration of all round Human Resources functions
  • Maintain HR database and collate reports for decision making
  • Prepare the personal files ensuring all supporting documents are updated
  • Assist in the development, enhancement and maintenance of staff personal records system to support the delivery of quality personnel services
  • Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure personnel functions are delivered to the required standards
  • Handle and support various ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 3 year relevant working experience
  • Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
  • Reasonable command of written / spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient within PC skills including MS Word & MS Excel
  • Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
