Handle daily administration of all round Human Resources functions
Maintain HR database and collate reports for decision making
Prepare the personal files ensuring all supporting documents are updated
Assist in the development, enhancement and maintenance of staff personal records system to support the delivery of quality personnel services
Supervise and coach subordinates to ensure personnel functions are delivered to the required standards
Handle and support various ad hoc projects as assigned
Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
3 year relevant working experience
Knowledge in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
Able to perform multi-tasks and work independently
Reasonable command of written / spoken English and Chinese
Proficient within PC skills including MS Word & MS Excel
Candidate with more experience or qualification will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer.
