The Department

The job holder reports to Human Resources Support Manager mainly to oversee the administration of the Staff Social Club. S/he also assists in the daily operation of the staff gym and the organization and co-ordination of other activities and projects run by the team.

The Job
You will:

  • Work closely with the Executive Committee Members of the Staff Social Club and the team to support the daily administration and perform accounting duties for the Staff Social Club
  • Be the System-In-Charge of the Staff Social Club Membership System to administer the membership enrollment and withdrawal
  • Assist in the daily administration of the staff gym located at Happy Valley and responsible for handling the monthly subscription and other monetary transaction of both staff gym at Happy Valley and Sha Tin
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating various employee related activities and projects
  • Support the Manager to carry out administrative and secretarial duties whenever required

About You
You should:

  • be tertiary educated in human resources, recreation management or related disciplines
  • have minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably gained in leisure club management or general administration
  • have proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • be self-motivated, detail-minded and well-organized
  • good command in written and spoken English and Chinese

Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
