Human Resources Officer (Recruitment Focus)

  • Handle the full recruitment cycle process (including : jobs requirements, job posting, search and identify potential candidates through different channels, etc.).
  • Interview and assess candidates base on internal hiring managers / company's requirements by conducting phone and face-to-face interviews.
  • Work closely with HR team and across different departments to expand candidates pool, verify and update candidate information to database, etc.
  • Prepare reports and relevant documents (such as : headcount reports, costing reports, recruitment progress reports, job channels responses reports, organizational charts, etc.).
  • Other ad-hoc recruitment supporting duties or/and HR projects as assigned.


  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years’ solid relevant HR experience.
  • Experience in beauty/healthcare/FMCG/retail industry is highly preferred.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong.
  • Proactive, well-organized and detail-minded.
  • Good interpersonal skills, good team player and good time management in a fast paced working environment.
  • Proficiency of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,  Chinese Word process is an advantage (not a must).
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediately Available is highly preferred.
