Human Resources Officer (Recruitment, Training & Development) (Ref: RHRO)

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the recruitment process such as posting recruitment advertisement, conduct interview, confirm employment offer and handle onboarding, etc.
  • Monitor manpower budget and headcount
  • Handle staff movement cases such as promotion, transfer and departure, etc.
  • Coordinate on performance management process such as appraisal review, salary review and employment contract renewal
  • Assist in HR projects including annual manpower budget, enhancement of HRIS, staff activities, job fair or recruitment talk, staff training etc.,
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • 5 years’ solid human resources working experience preferable with sizable company / NGO
  • Sound knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Mature, detail-oriented, a team player, able to work independent
  • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good command of MS Office (i.e. Vlookup and Pivot Table) and Chinese Word Processing
