Provide full spectrum of HR functions such as recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits including payroll calculation
Provide data entry to the system; response to verify and monitor the data, transition and report
Prepare training materials, analysis training reports, and coordinate training programs etc
Maintain good relationship with internal clients and external partners
Participate in maintain HR system & maintain system functions in appropriate
Assist in ad hoc project when required


Holder of Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management
Minimum 4 years solid experience in C&B functions including payroll, final payment and financial reports etc. (preferably gained in sizable organization)
Energetic, enthusiastic, sensitive in figures & capable of handling massive data
Good presentation skill preferable with experience for conduct training program
Proficient computer literacy, including HR system(preferably IPL system), MS Powerpoint, MS Excel with Vlookup and pivot table is must.
Well versed in Employment Ordinance & related ordinance
Mature, independent, detail-minded and with excellent interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus
Can perform well under tight deadline & able to work independently
Immediately available is preferred
