Human Resources Officer / Senior Human Resources Officer

 Job Description:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including compensation and benefits administration (e.g. payroll preparation, commission calculation, MPF contribution, tax filing), recruitment & selection, learning & development and CSR program etc.
  • Coordinate with overseas payroll processing agencies to execute SEA compensation procedures to ensure compliance of local statutory requirements
  • Assist to implement internal HR policies and guidelines
  • Assist to carry out annual manpower budgeting & salary review procedures
  • Provide quality and value-added HR services to support internal customers' needs
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior to achieve business goals
  • Report to Head of Regional HR & OA Management in Hong Kong

The Person:

  • Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years solid experiences as a HR generalist
  • Good knowledge of Employment Ordinance and regulatory (EOC, MPF, salary tax etc.)
  • Well-organized and attentive to details, able to deliver effective results and meet tight deadlines with least supervision
  • Pleasant, independent, high sense of responsibility and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in PC usage, knowledge of HRIS and Accounting will be an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and command of written/spoken English and Mandarin
  • Candidate with abundant experiences will be considered for the position of Senior HR Officer
