On behalf of our client, a leading IT services provider, we are looking for a professional HR specialist to manage the HR operation.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Responsible for a full spectrum of human resources functions of the office
  • Perform compensation & benefits duties, include handling whole payroll cycle, staff benefits administration, MPF, salary benchmarking, etc.
  • Handle staff recruitment matters and on and off-board matters
  • Review and update HR related policies & procedures and ensure proper execution
  • Provide professional advice and market insights regarding HR to the management
  • Handle other HR activities and other ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Diploma holder of Human Resources Management or above
  • At least 3 years solid experience in human resources
  • Capable to handle all round HR functions independently
  • Sound knowledge in HR practice, HK Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Good at details, with strong interpersonal and communication skill, able to work independently but still a good team player
