Duties:

  • Be responsible for the talent acquisition process, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates;
  • Pro-actively build up a potential candidate pool by leveraging industry networks, effective use of social media and job boards, etc.;
  • Develop effective hiring channels, make sure the recruitment practices are conducted at a high professional standard and in a timely manner;
  • Liaise with different business leaders on their recruitment needs and requirements;
  • Act as a business partner and provide professional HR advices to designated business leaders;
  • Handle ad-hoc projects within HR spectrum as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 3 to 4 years’ working experience, preferable in customer centric and fast-paced industries;
  • Hands-on experience on hiring and souring of candidates at digital channels;
  • Self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded;
  • A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
