Human Resources Officer (Talent Acquisition)

Key responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process in a fast-paced business environment
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure understanding of job requirements
  • Review and develop effective talents sourcing strategies for sourcing right candidates
  • Assist in various recruitment projects to build employer branding such as campus recruitment, job fair, recruitment talk and other mass recruitment project
  • Prepare and analyze recruitment statistical & HR related reports
  • Provide administrative supports to the Department
Requirements:
  • Degree holder or above in human resources management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years solid experience in talent acquisition function gained from sizable companies
  • Experience in job fair, mass recruitment, etc. is an advantage
  • Familiar with HK Labor Ordinance and other regulatory requirements
  • A good team player, resourceful and results-oriented with ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
