Human Resources Officer, Training & Development

Job Description:

  • Design and conduct training programs including staff orientation & soft skills training
  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs
  • Coordinate and provide support for internal and external training programs
  • Manage and monitor Graduate/Apprentice Training Schemes and related matters
  • Review and maintain training database and compile periodical training reports
  • Develop, organize and provide support for staff relations activities such as Charity Walk, Career Talk & etc
  • Perform ad hoc assignments/projects as required

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Training & Development related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience in People Development / Human Resources, preferably experience gained in construction / property management industry
  • Knowledge in HKIE Scheme “A" Training is preferable
  • Proactive, passionate, flexible, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in PC application in Microsoft Office
