Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-minded and energetic Human Resources Officer. You will be involved in all-rounded HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, C&B, employee engagement, and training, for our restaurants.


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment activities, including job ads posting, CV screening, on- and off-board arrangement, contract preparation, etc.  

  • Assist in C&B functions including leave & attendance management, personal data update, payroll administration, movement letter preparation and benefit administration

  • Handle claims and employees' compensation insurance administration

  • Assist in new HRIS implementation

  • Conduct and implement the Company Employee Handbook

  • Supporting ad hoc projects as necessary


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • At least 2 years of  HR generalist role, preferably in F&B industry

  • Experience in new HRIS system implementation will be an advantage

  • Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance or other employment-related legislations

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Mature, self-motivated, independent and with strong analytical skill, flexible and detail-minded.

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Words) and Chinese Word Processing.

  • Immediate available is highly preferred
