Human Resources Officer

  • Responsible for training and development, recruitment, compensation & benefits, staff communication and ad-hoc projects
  • Prepare HR guidelines and operation manuals
  • Assist in monitoring the daily operations of the department
  • Maintain an effective communication with service units
  • Degree holder with 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Solid knowledge in Employment Ordinances and related regulations
  • Knowledge in computer software, including MS Office and Chinese word-processing
  • A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in handling HRIS & non-governmental organizations background is an added advantage
  • Five-day Week 
  • Work in Quarry Bay area
  • Salary offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
