Responsibilities:-

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions which include recruitment process, compensation & benefits and administration duties, etc.
  • Take up special HR projects with focus on F&B Department
  • Organize and coordinate colleagues engagement activities and built up close relationship with colleagues at all levels
  • Provide support and advice to departmental managers or colleagues for any HR issues
  • Assist to prepare HR reports

Requirements:-

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years solid Human Resources experience in luxury hospitality Industry
  • Experience in recruiting candidates for F&B Department is preferred
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment / MPF Schemes Ordinance
  • Excellent communications in English and Cantonese
  • Strong computer and analytical skills
  • Attention to details, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills
  • A team player and self-driven
