Handle full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, training, staff compensation & benefits and employee relations etc.
Maintain and update employee records, personnel filing and database administration.
Responsible for data consolidation and analysis, and compile regular HR analytic reports.
Participate in ad-hoc assignments and HR projects as assigned.
Degree holder in Human Resource Management or related disciplines.
Minimum 2 years working experiences in HR generalist role, preferably in hospitality industry
Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinance.
A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, mature and ability to multi-task.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of human resources system.
