Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all round Human Resources functions and mainly focus on recruitment of various level of staff, manage existing and explore new recruitment channel to expedite progress of recruitment
  • Responsible for on-boarding arrangement for new employees including contract preparation, orientation program, probationary appraisal and off-boarding activity for departing employees
  • Maintain employee data in HRIS and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Support other HR functions such as monthly HR report, staff relations, payroll administration, compensation & benefits, etc.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 5 years human resources experience in sizable organization, preferably in manufacturing industry, exposure in recruitment agent is an advantage
  • Well-experienced in handling recruitment and maintaining HRIS system
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Independent, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Working at Kowloon Bay and Yuen Long office
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
