Human Resources Officer

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for payroll calculation and compensation and benefit administration including but not limited to MPF, tax reporting, leave management and medical administration.
  • Provide support on expatriate administration (e.g. employment visa application, tax arrangement etc.)
  • Assist in preparing the HR Management reports
  • Maintain employee database and systematic filing system
  • Provide general administration support to the department
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2 years+ human resources experience preferably gained from MNC
  • Well versed with Employment Ordinance and related legislations
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to details, responsible and willing to learn
  • Detail oriented and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Immediate available
