Human Resources Officer

  • Perform full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits and employee relations
  • Handle full recruitment process to ensure timely and quality human capital resources supply in fulfilling the operation needs
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing HR policies, procedures and practices
  • Provide consultative and operational support to line managers on HR matters
  • Handle staff movement issues and provide counseling to the staff
  • Manage and maintain HRIS and attendance system
  • Prepare various HR reports for management review
  • Support HR projects and initiatives
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 3 years' HR experience, preferably experience in catering or retail industry
  • Good communication, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independently
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other regulatory practices
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
