Responsibilities

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection , Compensation and Benefit, Learning & Development, Employee Relation and Performance Management
  • Manage full recruitment cycle from interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Update and maintain Human Resources database, staff record & HR Systems
  • Coordinate Group Recognition Program, Team Member activities and Corporate Social Responsibility activities
  • Prepare HR monthly reports for management’s review
  • Provide support and advice to departmental managers or colleagues for any HR issues
  • Handle HR ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR generalist role, preferable in Hospitality industry
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Mature, analytical and well organized with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well versed in Employment Ordinance and related regulations
