Human Resources Officer

Paul Lafayet Patisserie Francaise


  • Support full spectrum of HR and administration functions including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, budgeting and employee relations/engagement
  • Review and develop HR policies and practices, implement new initiatives, ensure compliance with all people policies set by the company
  • Manage HRIS and payroll
  • Assist to hiring quality staff and help on training program
  • Make effective coordination among office, operation and kitchen team
  • Maintain an organized filing system and policy documentation system
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis for management's review
  • Administer, maintain and update insurance and administrative records
  • Participate in ad hoc HR projects and assignments as and when required


  • Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in HR field. Experience in retail industry would be an advantage
  • High level of integrity and flexibility, customer focus, detail-minded, self-motivated and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Communication, planning, analytical and people management skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Immediate available is preferred
