Responsibilities

  • Support the team in all aspects of Human Resources functions including recruitment, policies & procedures review and employee relations
  • Responsible for the whole hiring process & procedures, not limited to sourcing, managing effective channels and the pre-on / post-on boarding arrangement
  • Ensure all applicants are pre-screened, evaluated and processed in accordance with legal requirements and company standard
  • Work closely with the business unit and function heads for the hiring strategies and initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experience preferably in hospitality industry/ Food and Beverage Group in a large Operation
  • Conversant with Employment Ordinance and other labour related ordinances.
  • Well-organized, self-motivated, ability to work independently
  • Immediate available is an advantage
  • Higher caliber can be considered as Senior HR Officer
