Job Description:

• Assist in day-to-day operations in human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, contraction preparation, filing & etc
• Assist in work visa application & renewal; and qualification assessment for expatriate teachers
• Answer queries from colleagues on Human Resources Policy & Practice
• Assist in HR system and records updating accurately & timely
• Conduct yearly salary benchmarking & contract renewal
• Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance & Practice
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Human Resources Manager
• Ad hoc project as needed
• With school experience will be an advantage

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management with at least 3 years related experience
• Good communication skill with professional phone manner and be able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects
• Outgoing, pleasant & meet deadline under pressure
• Team player in HR
• PC knowledge in MS Office, English and Chinese typing

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant.
