Human Resources Officer

China Everbright Bank Company Limited (Hong Kong Branch)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate handling of staff information and movement update;
  • Handle leave and benefits administration;
  • Assist in C&B functions including payroll, tax and retirement scheme administration;
  • Provide all-rounded support in recruitment, new staff on-boarding, performance management, training & development and staff engagement programmes;
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis;
  • Participate in HRMS enhancement project;
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks and projects when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience in banking or financial institutions;
  • Sound knowledge of the local employment laws, employment-related statutory requirements and HR practices;
  • Strong numerical sense;
  • Good communication skills and is a good team player;
  • Capable to prioritize and cope with multi-tasks, detail-minded, well-organized and diligent;
  • Strong sense of responsibilities and confidentiality;
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in using MS Office;
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
