Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in recruitment activities by coordinating with internal department to identify hiring needs and monitor the selection process including candidates sourcing, selection, interview arrangement and test preparation
  • Maintain timely update in the HRIS systems for new joined, staff movement and leaving services
  • Assist in other employment related functions.
  • Handle training administration including drafting training announcements, training logistics, training enrolments and records management, training reports, and general enquiries on staff training
  • Provide support in staff activities in relation to employee relations, welfare, or wellness programmes

 

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in human resources field, preferably as a generalist
  • Conversant with Employment Ordinance
  • Experience in Human Resources Information Systems an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua
  • Mature, pleasant, service-oriented, meticulous, able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • A good team player with good Interpersonal skills and ability to deal with colleagues at different levels

Remuneration and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A competitive remuneration and benefits package, including annual leave, medical and dental benefits, will be offered.
