Human Resources Officer

  • Perform full cycle recruitment process including job advertisement design, screen & selection, interview, and job offering
  • Prepare new joiner’s employment contract, and conduct orientation
  • Liaise with line managers for identifying hiring needs and other HR requests
  • Responsible for payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation, attendance and leave management
  • Responsible in handling Employees Compensation cases and insurance
  • Prepare various HR reports and analysis on a regular basis for management approval
  • Assist in implementing & reviewing HR policies to ensure they are in compliance with labor laws and related ordinance
  • Provide support on other ad hoc tasks / projects as assigned 


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years’ of all rounded experience in HR operations at sizeable organizations
  • Well-versed Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislations
  • Proficiency in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency spoken and written in both English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, well organized and attentive to details
  • A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
