Human Resources Officer

Satay King (Holdings) Company Limited


  • Perform full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, employee relations etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records in the system and P-file
  • Prepare and compile weekly and monthly reports for the management
  • Be the key person to liaise with frontline on documentation / staff-related issues
  • Assist in organizing staff activities and company events
  • Participate in the amendment / development of new Human Resources policies and procedures as well as employee handbooks
  • Handle ad hoc projects (e.g. implementation of new HRIS system) and perform other duties as assigned


  • Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years solid experience, proven exposure in the F&B or retail industry will be a definite advantage
  • Well-versed in HKSAR Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and related regulations
  • High accuracy, independent, mature, positive and attention to details
  • A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Short notice period is preferred
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
