Human Resources Officer

ELEVATE is seeking a dynamic HR professional and responsible for the effective day-to-day business partnering in the full spectrum of HR, providing the strategic interface to all stakeholders through the provision of high-quality guidance and support in developing and progressing people management solutions to achieve business objectives.


  • Work as a Global HR Business Partner with global business leaders in managing the global headcounts in full employee life cycle including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefit, Learning and Development, Employee Engagement etc.
  • Assist in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Launch and execute the Global HR programs and support the global HR operations
  • Responsible for the headcount planning, reviewing and staffing in accordance with the established standard
  • Provide tactical & operational advice and support to business leaders on people issues and organizational challenges
  • Drive HR initiatives which aim at improving corporate culture and staff engagement
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years’ regional MNC HR experience with generalist background is preferred
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other related legislation
  • Excellent project management and organizing skills, able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented are required
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin preferable
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
