Work in Human Resources & Training Department to play a role for handling all HR activities such as recruitment & selection, talent management, compensation & benefits and any other HR initiatives as required to support continuous growth of business.
Understand HR manpower needs and provide HR advices and services in recruitment activities.
Assist in C&B survey and benchmarking.
Prepare periodic statistical reports for management review.
Support the formulation and implementation of HR policies, programs and initiatives.
Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
5 years relevant HR experience, preferably in Construction / Engineering / Property industry
Experience in recruitment activities would be an advantage
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related ordinances
Strong computer literacy in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel and Word
Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
Detail-minded, well-organized and work independently
Immediately available is preferred
