Job Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for full spectrum Human Resources functions including but not limited to recruitment and selection, C&B, performance management and employee relations
  • Provide HR consultancy services to line managers and ensure all HR issues are properly addressed
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for daily HR operation and administration
  • Prepare and update monthly HR Reports for management review
  • Participate in other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • 2-3 years of experience in the HR field is an advantageous
  • Customer-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-versed in HK employment ordinance
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
