Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

  • Perform a generalist role to provide support to different HR functions, including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, training and development and employee engagement etc.
  • Assist C&B function including leave & attendance management, personal data update, MPF administration, movement letter preparation and benefit administration
  • Support talent acquisition such as job posting, interview arrangement and on-boarding arrangement
  • Participate in employee relations events/ activities coordination
  • Assist any ad-hoc project and duties as required

  Requirement

  • Bachelor holder; with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in handling payroll and compensation and benefits administration
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel & Word
  • Willing to learn, responsible and detail-minded
