Responsibilities:

  • Performing all-rounded HR functions including but not limit to C&B, recruitment and T&D
  • Answering employee questions, creating, and distributing documents, providing customer service to organization employees
  • Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data, compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications, scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process, collecting employment and tax information
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed, preparing new employee files
  • Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
  • Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system, answering payroll questions
  • Completing termination paperwork and assisting with exist interviews

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 1-3 years relevant work experience
  • Mature, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player
  • Good problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English; good command of Putonghua an added advantage
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Assistant
