Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full spectrum HR functions including but not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits administration and attendance record management
  • Administer and support full employee life cycle activities from hiring, onboarding, engagement and development to off boarding
  • Manage recruitment process from job posting, resume screening, shortlisting, interview co-ordination, making offers, contract preparation
  • Assist in HR policies and procedures formulation and execution
  • Maintain accurate employee record in HR system and filing system
  • Support other HR duties if necessary and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or associate degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years HR related work experience
  • Knowledge of HRIS is preferable
  • Mature, self-motivated, proactive, fast learner and team player
  • Good problem-solving and organization skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in PC skills in MS Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
