Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources functions including but not limited to staffing & recruitment, staff development, training administration and employee engagement
• Act as Business Partner coving talent acquisition function for designated business units
• Manage and maintain personnel records and update system data, attendance and leave management
• Support other HR projects and organization events when required

Requirements:

• University degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• 3 years or above relevant experience in HR Service
• Capable to stay abreast of the labour market and give advice and valuable inputs on effective recruitment strategy
• Solid experience in mass recruitment and explore new recruitment channels preferrable
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to interact with all levels of staff in a professional and positive manner
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered as Senior Officer
