Human Resources Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to Human Resources Manager in carrying out full spectrum of HR service focusing on talent acquisition to ramp up manpower for operations in various departments
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment including job advertisement posting, sourcing, interview, offer and onboarding arrangement
  • Plan and organise staff engagement & recognition initiatives and wellbeing activities for all level of staff
  • Maintain accurate hiring records in system and consolidate regular reports on recruitment statistics
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Tourism and related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ working experience in Human Resources Function. Experience in Hotels or Hospitality related industries is a definite advantage
  • Solid selection experience and exposure in organizing talent acquisition activities and able to ramp up manpower for various departments within limited timeframe  
  • Strong in computer literature including Excel, Power-point and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well versed in employment related legislation including Labour Ordinance and Work Visa requirement
  • Detail-minded, independent, self- driven, able to handle multi-tasks
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
