Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in various human resources functions including staff recruitment, employees’ relations, compensation & benefits and training and development.
  • Assist in preparing various human resources reports for management review.


  • Degree holder in Hospitality or Human Resources Management.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Human Resources preferably gained in hospitality industry.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, ability to speak Putonghua would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet job deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer.
